MY Hostels Weligama was incorporated recently with the object of building and renting out hostel facilities for the tourists seeking reasonably cheap accommodation in different locations in Sri Lanka. MY Hostels Weligama, is located close to the Southern point of the Island of Sri Lanka and close to the equator. MY Hostels Weligama has a lobby and dining area common room with a homely and warm atmosphere and friendly staff. It has Female and mixed dorms, A/C and non A/C, with individual lockers, bunk beds and attached wash rooms. Linen and towels are provided. Meals and laundry services are provided on request and fully equipped communal kitchen is at hand. Fast WiFi connection is available and power points for charging personal electronic equipment are available.

Weligama is a beach town with breathtaking sandy beach, its popular for tourists and surfers.

From Weligama Bus and Train Station, it is a bought 1 km or 15-minute walk. Head towards Mirissa along the Matara Road and as you pass the board Weligama on the left hand side you find MY Hostels. You can also get a Tuk Tuk for around LKR 150.

Airport:
- Private Vehicle is the quickest, we can arrange you a private vehicle for about LKR 12000 from the airport all inclusive.
- Highway bus to Matara/airport leaves twice per day. From Matara it is a short train or bus ride to Weligama.

Colombo:
- Highway bus from Colombo to Matara leaves every half hour, its a short train or bus ride to Weligama.
- Train from Colombo Fort to Weligama, scenic coastal route, 3 hours from Colombo.
